If your card was lost/stolen or damaged, you can order a replacement card.
In order to do that, first, terminate your current card:
In the mobile app:

Go to the 'Cards' section.

Choose the card that you wish to terminate.

Click on 'Cancel and order a new card'.

Choose the reason.
- Click on 'Order a physical card'
In the web interface:

Go to the 'Cards' section.

Choose the card that you wish to terminate.
- Click on 'Terminate my card'
- Choose the reason and click on 'Terminate'
After that, you can order a new card.
