How to get a replacement card?

If your card was lost/stolen or damaged, you can order a replacement card.

In order to do that, first, terminate your current card:

In the mobile app:

  • Go to the 'Cards' section.

  • Choose the card that you wish to terminate.

  • Click on 'Cancel and order a new card'.

  • Choose the reason.

  • Click on 'Order a physical card'

In the web interface:

  • Go to the 'Cards' section.

  • Choose the card that you wish to terminate.

  • Click on 'Terminate my card' 
  • Choose the reason and click on 'Terminate'

After that, you can order a new card.
