How to freeze/unfreeze the card?

You can do it in the mobile app/web.
  • Go to Cards

  • Choose a card

  • Select ‘Freeze card' and click on 'Freeze/Unfreeze’

Any card payments attempted with this card will fail until you click 'Unfreeze card'.
If you're unable to unfreeze your card, please ask your account admin, or contact our support team and we should be able to reactivate your disabled card.
