How to freeze/unfreeze the card?

You can do it in the mobile/web app.

In the web app
  • Go to Cards

  • Click on  ‘Freeze card' or 'Unfreeze card' next to the necessary card.

In the mobile app:

  • Go to Cards

  • Select the necessary card and click on  ‘Freeze card' / 'Unfreeze card'

Any card payments attempted with this card will fail until you click 'Unfreeze card'.
