How to freeze/unfreeze the card?
You can do it in the mobile/web app.
In the web app
In the web app

Go to Cards

Click on ‘Freeze card' or 'Unfreeze card' next to the necessary card.
In the mobile app:

Go to Cards
-
Select the necessary card and click on ‘Freeze card' / 'Unfreeze card'
Any card payments attempted with this card will fail until you click 'Unfreeze card'.
If you're unable to unfreeze your card, please contact our support team.
