      How to cancel/terminate the card?

      In order to close your Moneff debit card please follow the instructions:

      • Go to 'Cards'

      • Choose the card that you wish to terminate.

      • Choose 'Terminate card' on the left menu.

      • Write the reason why you are closing the card and click submit.

      You will not be able to restore this card. You will be only able to order a new card.

      Please note that for ordering a new card additional fees may apply.
