How can I report a security issue to Moneff?

There are two ways to report a security issue to Moneff:

1. Via email. You can contact Moneff customer support by email at support@moneff.com. 

2. Via web chat. You contact Moneff customer support via chat in the web/mobile app.

When reporting a security issue, please be sure to provide as much information as possible, including:

• The nature of the security issue

• The date and time the security issue occurred

• The steps you took to try to resolve the security issue

• Any other relevant information

Moneff takes security very seriously and will investigate all reported security issues promptly.
