      How can I report a security issue to Moneff?

      There are two ways to report a security issue to Moneff:

      1. Via email. You can contact Moneff customer support by email at support@moneff.com. They will be able to help you report the security issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

      2. Via web chat. You contact Moenff customer support via chat in web/mobile app.

      When reporting a security issue, please be sure to provide as much information as possible, including:

      • The nature of the security issue

      • The date and time the security issue occurred

      • The steps you took to try to resolve the security issue

      • Any other relevant information

      Moneff takes security very seriously and will investigate all reported security issues promptly.
