What is currency switching, and how does it work?

Currency switching is a feature that ensures your card payments go through even if you don’t have enough funds in the transaction currency.

For example, if you're making a payment in USD but don't have enough in your USD balance, Moneff’s platform will look at your other balances (like GBP or EUR) and use them to cover the payment. This switch happens automatically and instantly at the time of the transaction to ensure it goes through successfully.
