What if I've forgotten my PIN?

If you forgot your PIN, you can always check it in the Moneff app or website:
On the mobile app:

  • Go to Cards and select your card.

  • Click on 'Card details' and then click on the "eye" icon next to the 'Pin code' field.

On the web app:

  • Go to Cards and select your card.
  • Click 'Pin & Security'.
  • Click on the 'Show PIN code' button.

You may need to enter a security code sent to you via SMS.
