I have exceeded all my PIN/CVC tries, how to reset it?

If you have exceeded all your PIN/CVC tries, your card will automatically be blocked. You can unblock your card, via our Moneff mobile app.

  • Go to the ‘Cards’ section.

  • Choose the necessary card.

  • Click on 'Unblock PIN'.
