      I have exceeded all my PIN/CVC tries, how to reset it?

      If you have exceeded all your PIN/CVC tries, your card will automatically be blocked. In order to unblock your card please follow these instructions:

      On the mobile app:

      • Go to the ‘Cards’ section;

      • Choose the necessary card;

      • Click on 'Unblock PIN' and enter the code from SMS.
