In order to receive funds to your Moneff account, you need to provide your banking account details to your counterparty.
You can find your banking account details in web/mobile app.

Go to ‘Accounts’

Click ‘Account Information’
Please note, that pooled banking accounts require a reference number. We kindly ask you to notify your counterparties to always indicate this reference when required.
The reference number can be found in the same place as your banking details.
