You can do it either through Moneff website or Mobile App:

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to 'Send money'

  • Select beneficiary or click to 'Add new'

  • Select 'Moneff client'

  • Fill in all requested fields: Please, enquire the Moneff account number from your counterpart. It is the Internal id which can be copied by going to the Account information:

  • Follow instructions on the screen to finalise your payment.

Transfers between any Moneff accounts are always instant and free.

If you sent a Moneff-to-Moneff transfer and the funds didn’t arrive, please contact our support team straight away. We're happy to help.
