You may request to cancel your Direct Debit transation by contacting support on the previous day of the Direct Debit scheduled payment. If you’ve missed this cut-off, please, contact our Support team.

Please note, our Support team is not able to cancel direct debits on your account. If you are unable to cancel a direct debit on your account yourself, you may still be entitled to a refund so please get in touch with Support. Whether you are entitled to a refund will depend on the rules of the BACS scheme.
