How do I complain?

We’re sorry you’re unhappy with our service. You can complain one of four ways:

We’ll be in touch within 3 days to suggest a way we could make things right. If our suggestion doesn’t work for you, we have up to 8 weeks to investigate further and get back to you with our final response.

If you’re unhappy with our final response, you have six months to ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to investigate for free. You can complain online, by phone on 0800 023 4567 or 0300 123 9123, or by post on the following address: ‘Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR’
