How do you make sure international payments go through?

We rely on a network of third parties to complete certain stages of your payment. This means that, unfortunately, we don’t always have control over delays. If the recipient doesn’t get their money, we’ll do our very best to trace it for you. That said, we may need help from these third parties to resolve the issue. Do note, that if you gave us incorrect payment details, we may charge a fee to trace it, and can’t guarantee we’ll get your money back.
