The estimated date in my payment confirmation has passed, but the recipient hasn’t received their money. Now what?

Sometimes, payments are rejected and returned for reasons we can’t control. If this happens, you may get back less than what you transferred, because of exchange rate fluctuations and third party charges. If, in very rare circumstances, it’s our fault the payment was rejected, and you get back less than what you transferred, we’ll make up the difference. If the payment details were incorrect, we’ll look into it, but may charge a fee. And we can’t guarantee we’ll get your money back.
