What happens if I enter the wrong bank details?
The fastest way to fix this is to cancel the transfer. Unfortunately, whether you can cancel will depend on how far along the transfer is on our system. Log on to your account and head over to the accounts page. The transfer should show as ‘pending’ and there should be a cancel button next to it. If there’s no cancel button, it means we’ve completed the transfer, and you can’t cancel. You’ll need to get in touch with your recipient and ask them to speak to their bank. We’ll refund the money to your account as soon as we receive it.
