Why has my transfer failed?

Transfers typically fail for one of the following reasons:

The recipient’s details are incorrect

There isn’t enough money in the account

There’s a compliance issue

Most SWIFT payments pass through correspondent banks that may decline transactions due to internal policies.

The recipient’s bank may also decline the transfer. Sadly, we have no control over this.
