1. Program Overview
What is the Moneff Cashback Program?
The Moneff Cashback Program is a reward scheme for our individual customers. It allows you to earn 2% cashback on eligible purchases made with your physical or virtual Moneff cards.
Is this promotion permanent?
The current promotion is valid until 1 March 2025 for both UK and European customers. After this date, it will automatically extend for another month unless Moneff publishes a cancellation notice. Moneff reserves the right to change parameters or cancel the promotion at any time.
2. Earnings, Limits & Currencies
How much cashback can I earn?
You earn 2% of the transaction amount on eligible purchases. The maximum cashback is capped per calendar month, per card. The cap depends on which entity your account belongs to:

UK Customers: Maximum £50 (GBP) per month.

European Customers: Maximum €50 (EUR) per month.
What currency will I be paid in?

UK Customers: Cashback is credited in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Transactions in other currencies are converted to GBP.

European Customers: Cashback is credited in Euros (EUR). Transactions in other currencies are converted to EUR (using ECB rates).
What happens if I spend in a currency other than GBP or EUR?
Transactions in other currencies will accrue cashback separately. When the cashback is credited to your account, these amounts will be converted into your account's currency (GBP or EUR) on the day of crediting.

UK Entity: Converted to GBP using Moneff's prevailing exchange rate.

European Entity: Converted to EUR using the European Central Bank (ECB) exchange rate.
How is the cashback calculated?
If your calculated cashback results in a fraction, it will be rounded down to the nearest full penny (GBP) or cent (EUR).
3. Eligibility
Who can join the Cashback Program?
To be eligible, you must:

Be an individual customer (Corporate/Business accounts are not eligible).

Be aged 18 or older.

Hold an active Moneff Account (UK or Europe) that has passed all identity (KYC) checks.

Ensure your account is not restricted or suspended.
4. When Will I Get Paid?
When do I receive my cashback?
Cashback is credited to your Moneff Account by the end of the calendar month following the month in which the cashback was granted.

Example: Cashback earned in January will be credited to your account by the end of February.
Why is my cashback status "Pending"?
Cashback is allocated when a transaction is fully completed (settled), not when it is initiated. Until it is actually credited to your account balance at the end of the following month, it will remain as "pending."
5. Exclusions & Restrictions
Which transactions are NOT eligible?
Cashback is intended for genuine purchases of goods and services. Excluded transactions include:

Transfers to other bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment cards.

Transactions that do not involve an underlying purchase.

Purchases from merchants with specific Merchant Category Codes (MCC) (e.g., certain financial services, gambling).

Any transaction that violates laws or Moneff’s Terms.
Can cashback be taken back?
Yes, Moneff reserves the right to recall cashback if:

The transaction is refunded or charged back.

The cashback was earned fraudulently.

You violated the Terms and Conditions.
